-Our screening process includes criminal, credit, previous landlord’s referral and eviction records, helping you to avoid problems and bad tenants. We do not knowingly rent to someone with a history of damage or harm to other persons or property.
How long it takes to find a qualified tenant?
-We find a qualified tenant in 60 days or less.
What is the Response Time?
-We send email, text or make a phone call within 24 hours to answer owner’s questions
-We have 24 hour answering service and we handle emergency maintenance call through our team and we complete repairs as fast as possible and at reasonable price. If it is a big ticket item, we communicate with the owner for approval before any repairs are done.
